"Bottom line -- if you have water intrusion and you want it fixed, hire these guys; you won't be sorry. From the first time I met with the owner, David Kidd, I knew he was a guy I could trust. He made several trips to my house to ensure I completely understood everything that would be done and never once tried to pressure me into selecting his company to do the work. He even stayed in contact with me after the drain job was complete to provide advice on a concrete staining/sealing job I wanted to do myself -- no charge and always with complete professionalism and in-depth knowledge. This isn't something you find often in today's market. His crew was fantastic to deal with as well. I had the pleasure of interacting with them on a daily basis and they are down to earth guys who work hard (trust me -- interior drains require hard work). They tidied up the best they could each day and did their best to minimize dust (remember, there will be dust when you jackhammer concrete). When they finished the job, they left the area cleaner than they found it. Remember the saying: "You get what you pay for." I consider myself relatively smart when it comes to construction and I quickly found out how much I DID NOT know about installing proper drains. There is way more to the job (to do it correctly) than just digging trenches, filling with gravel and pipe, and re-concreting. Do yourself a favor and don't seek a "bargain". If you do, you will be calling David to fix it right when the bargain job fails and you have water in your basement again."
